United Kingdom
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically arriving within 2–4 working days. Express delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically arrives the next working day.
All prices for UK orders include applicable UK taxes. No additional import charges apply.
For orders over £75, complimentary gift wrapping is included as standard. If your order is a gift and you would prefer the packing slip without pricing, please leave a note at checkout.
Switzerland — Swiss Customer Promise
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked, typically arriving within 5–10 working days.
Swiss orders may be subject to Swiss customs duties, Swiss VAT, and carrier handling fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected at checkout. If any charges apply, your carrier will contact you directly before delivery.
As part of our Swiss Customer Promise, once your order is delivered and customs charges are paid, simply send us your customs receipt and we will issue store credit equivalent to the Swiss VAT amount shown on your receipt, valid for 6 months.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are returned in original condition and packaging.
For UK returns, £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
For international returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer using a fully tracked service unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
