For enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, or returns, please use our Customer Service Form. We aim to respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders are shipped with full tracking, and tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.
Please note: We no longer accept customer service enquiries via direct email. This ensures your request is routed correctly and receives a timely response.

Supplier & Service Proposals
We welcome considered proposals from suppliers and service providers. However, due to the high volume of unsolicited enquiries, we are unable to respond to all submissions.
To be reviewed, please complete our Supplier Submission Form, which allows us to assess your offering in the appropriate context. If you do not receive a reply, please regard the proposal as not suitable for progression at this time. We respectfully ask that the same request not be resubmitted within a 12-month period.
Important: Supplier proposals sent to customer service channels will not be reviewed.
