What To Expect

Orders are prepared and dispatched from the United Kingdom within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays, using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Shipping to selected European destinations is £9.95 on orders below £300. Shipping is complimentary on orders of £300 and above.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3–5 business days following dispatch. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, final delivery is usually completed by the local postal delivery partner.

Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on customs clearance, seasonal demand, and local delivery conditions.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Spain, and Sweden.

Customs, VAT & Import Duties

The UK is outside the EU customs area. Orders sent from the UK to European destinations may be subject to import charges on delivery.

These may include local import VAT, customs duty where applicable, and a postal or carrier handling fee. These charges are determined during the import process in the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Vshine Silk and Shine.

As a general guide, import VAT usually applies to goods imported from outside the EU. Orders with a declared goods value above €150 may also be subject to customs duty, depending on the product type, declared value, and customs classification.

The final amount is calculated by the customs authority and delivery partner in the destination country during the import process.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
