Withdraw from Contract — EU Customers

• If you are an EU customer, you have a 14‑day legal right to withdraw from your order from the date you receive your goods. You do not need to give a reason.
• Complete the form below and click Submit withdrawal request. You will receive an automatic email confirmation immediately as your record of withdrawal.

What to include in the Comment field:

• Your order number (found in your order confirmation email, for example VS1234)
• The name the order was placed under
• The item(s) you wish to withdraw from
• A reason (optional)

What happens next:

• You will receive an automatic email confirmation the moment you submit the form
• We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
• Please do not send goods back until you have heard from us
• Your refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

This page satisfies your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive 2023/2673 (in force 19 June 2026). This statutory right is separate from, and in addition to, our standard 30‑day returns policy, which applies to all customers.
