Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our UK base via Royal Mail. Every parcel is sent using a tracked service, and your tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your parcel via Royal Mail Track and Trace.

UK Delivery

Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48) Dispatch time: within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) Cost: £3.95 for orders below £100; complimentary on orders of £100 and over

Express (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm) Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day. Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day after dispatch, subject to Royal Mail service conditions and postcode exclusions. Cost: £8.95

Switzerland Delivery

Delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Europe Delivery

All European delivery is via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Worldwide Delivery

Delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea is via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery Timing

Dispatch time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and send your order. Carrier transit times begin from dispatch. Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs clearance, local postal handling, public holidays, or destination country conditions. These factors are outside our control and do not constitute a delay on our part.

Exclusions

Silk bedding items are subject to separate shipping rates due to parcel size. Any applicable free shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

Customs and Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, local import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling charges may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in your order total. They are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is returned to us because customs charges were refused or left unpaid, we may be unable to issue a full refund. The following actual costs may be deducted before your refund is processed: original outbound shipping costs incurred by us, return shipping charges billed by the carrier, and any customs or handling fees incurred during the return process. This applies regardless of whether complimentary shipping was offered at checkout.
