Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days provided items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
EU customers also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. This runs alongside our 30-day return window.
For UK returns, a £3.95 return label fee is deducted from the refund.
For international returns, return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
