What to Expect for European Deliveries
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
As your order is entering your destination country from outside the EU, local import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and delivery carriers and are not included in the price shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.
If charges apply, your local delivery carrier will contact you directly before delivery with payment instructions.

Unpaid Customs Charges — Important Notice
If a parcel is returned to us because customs charges were refused or left unpaid, we may be unable to issue a full refund.
The following actual costs may be deducted before your refund is processed:
- Original outbound shipping costs incurred by us
- Return shipping charges billed by the carrier
- Customs or handling fees incurred during the return process
To avoid delays, we recommend arranging payment promptly should your carrier request customs clearance charges.

Delivery to Europe
Orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail International Tracked within 1–2 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched. Typical delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Currency
Where available, prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience. Your payment provider or bank will process the final transaction amount, and exchange rates may vary.
Returns — 30 Days
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at customerservice@silkandshine.co.uk. Items must be returned in their original unused condition with all labels and tags intact.
For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying their own return shipping using a fully tracked postal service. Please do not send items back until you have contacted us and received confirmation. Once we receive the item in its original condition, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
